Century Labels installs second Lombardi flexo press

UAE printer Century Labels LLC has installed a second Lombardi Flexoline press, with a high specification 6-color press equipped with options of delam/relam, moveable cold foil, full servo in feed and out feed, as well as corona treatment and web cleaning. It can handle multiple substrates from 30-450 microns.

The machine was ordered and installed through Vinsak, Lombardi’s agent in the region, along with a Vinsak LFD flatbed offline finishing system to support value added hot foil stamping and offer flatbed die-cutting capabilities for short runs. 

Century Labels is a new company specialized in the manufacture and printing of packaging products, offering short and long runs.

Mr Prahalad, operations manager at Century Labels, commented: ‘We spent considerable time in researching the market for a press that will offer the flexibility as well as value for money for our venture and finally settled on the Lombardi.
