Chinese converter Dianhui has invested in a Wanjie WJPS-350 offset press to expand production capacity and meet growing market demand.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, Dianhui focuses on producing industrial pressure-sensitive and office supplies label products.

‘Dianhui is a newly established company, which was founded to meet the needs of growing demand. At present, our second Chengdong facility located in the Wentang community of Dongguan has been working to its full capacity. With the workshop area and equipment pushed to the maximum, it can’t continue to supply the increasing demand in Chengdong,’ commented Xie Jinquan, general manager of Dianhui.

Wanjie WJPS-350 offset press is the first printing press installed at Dianhui.

‘The printing quality, width, and speed of this machine are very suitable for our current order needs. This installation helps us expand and accommodate new business,’ added Xie Jinquan.

Chengdong and Dianhui implement a shared business model, with the two companies optimizing production scheduling depending on the characteristics of the order, process requirements, and delivery time.

With 50 employees, Chenggong’s annual output has increased by 50 percent compared to 2019 due to the increasing demand for disinfection products and pharmaceutical labels driven by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

‘With the help of this new equipment, we believe the sales will increase by 7 to 8 million RMB this year (USD 1 to 1,2 million), and the per capita annual output value will reach 600,000 to 800,000 RMB (USD 91,000 to 122,000),’ commented Xie Jinquan.
