Operating for over 25 years, Eticod is one of the leaders in the production of self-adhesive labels in Poland, offering labels printed on foil, paper, and structured materials, focusing on peel-off labels and tickets.

In the past, Eticod only used flexo technology intended for medium and high-volume demand. However, when an increasing number of customers began to order smaller quantities, the converter decided to invest in digital print technology and, in 2017, installed its first HP Indigo 6800. The new press allowed Eticod to expand its customer base, particularly those ordering smaller quantities of labels, which Eticod could not meet before using Indigo technology.

‘Only the HP Indigo range convinced us with its quality to invest in the digital revolution,’ said Aron Huć, CEO of Eticod.

Since investing in HP Indigo’s technology, Eticod could tap into new trends such as personalization and gained confidence in printing thousands of labels for its customers.

A stand-out feature of the HP Indigo 6900 for Eticod is the ability to print on a wide range of different substrates silver foil, structured paper, thermal paper, and even wood. Since the investment in HP Indigo technology, Eticod became one of the first converters to print on wood, for which It has received the international HP INKSpiration award.
