Label Glass adds Lemorau finishing equipment

Since its foundation in 2011, Label Glass specializes in adhesive Labels for several industries including cosmetics and winery.    

 

The MEBR+ is the most versatile concept on the Lemorau portfolio and can be developed according to customers’ needs. Running in both rotary and semi-rotary mode and completely servo driven, this modular machine includes features such as electronic web guide, 250 job memory to help future repetitions, electronic counter and double rewinder.  

 

The MEBR+ installed at Label Glass was developed in 330mm web with and equipped with several optional features to increase finishing capacity, such as corona treatment, two full rotary flexo units, turn bar, speed pack for the die-cutting unit, cold foil, clear on clear sensor and QRC software.   

 

This is Label Glass’ third investment from Lemorau. It houses inspection slitter rewinder, Lemorau ICR3 and a Lemorau EBRM+, compact table top finishing machine.
