U V Graphic Technologies sells a fleet of its products

U V Graphic Technologies sold six plate mounters, four core cutters, three offline hot foil stamping machines and seven slitters with web inspection systems in four days off the show floor.

The company launched its all-new LED UV curing systems, offered for flexo, offset, gravure and letterpress. Abhay Datta, director, U V Graphic Technologies, said, ‘This technology that we have launched in India is entering European and American markets. It will catch up in India in some time. We are looking for ink suppliers to support the product.’

Rational Business System in Sonepat has placed an order for a LED UV curing system. The company has tied up with ink supplier Flint Group, to supply inks for trials at their factory. The company now has an option to upgrade existing conventional mercury UV lamp systems that are powered with the EPS to an LED UV system.

U V Graphic Technologies could not show its label press on the show floor, but Datta said that they booked two orders of the press before the show opened. These would be 8-color, all UV, fully loaded presses.

The company also exhibited its products at Labelexpo Americas held in September 2014. Datta said, ‘We got a great response at the show floor. We sold all the equipment on display on the first day of the show. We later got orders for plate mounters and core cutters from America.’ U V Graphic Technologies has appointed H C Miller as their agent in America for distributing plate mounters and core cutters.’
