‘We make small batches in Breda that are produced digitally. The increase in low runs increased our production capacity. We needed the second SEI LabelMaster to laser cut to keep up with the demand. It also comes with an extra unit that allows traditional cutting, making it a truly universal solution,’ said Ton Reichardt, founder of Vila Etiketten.

Laser die-cutting is widely used method at Vila, which contributes to efficient production of short-runs and facilitates new and creative label applications.

‘Clients increasingly apply special effects that were not possible before. The second machine expands these options for us,’ adds Reichardt. ‘We do our research at trade shows like Labelexpo to get confirmation that we made the right choice. And we found the right partnership with Tripa Converting Solutions and SEI Laser. They make sure that the machine has nearly no downtime, the service is excellent and offers an excellent added value for my production process.’
