Yusung Pack installs second Comexi SL2 laminator

Yusung Pack has installed a second Comexi SL2 laminator at its production facility in South Korea

Yusung Pack, a packaging manufacturer, specializing in household goods, food, cosmetics, and facial masks, has installed a second Comexi SL2 laminator at its production facility in South Korea.

Yusung Pack was founded in 2007 in a small factory with five employees. The company has continued to grow for the past thirteen years and is currently planning to open a third plant. Presently, Yusung Pack has approximately 50 employees and exports a variety of products worldwide.

‘We have chosen Comexi because we believe, in comparison to market competitors, it provides us with more security,’ said Hong Inseok, CEO of Yusung Pack. ‘We value the ability of Comexi to teach and train employees. The company can maintain productivity even if workers are replaced. We are constantly studying environmentally friendly methods to manufacture packaging. As a result, this has led us to choose the Comexi SL2 laminator.’

Despite the difficulties generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, the installation was possible due to the involvement of Hankook Comexi, the Comexi's representative in South Korea.

‘As a result of this installation, we have shown the market that we can offer complete technical service with Comexi's online support,’ said Hong Dukkyu of Hankook Comexi.

The Comexi SL2 is suitable for short and medium runs for a wide variety of materials and solventless lamination. This machine has been designed to comply with productivity concepts and operation simplicity.
