Spartanics has joined the list of partner companies attending next month’s Xeikon Café Packaging Innovations event in Belgium.

the X-350 is a modular laser station that can cut materials up to 350mm wide with an infinite length. It is capable of reaching cutting speeds of up to 100m/min

Spartanics will use its presence to show its recently introduced X-350 laser die-cutting module, which it will show alongside strategic partner Smag Graphique integrated into an E-Cut.

Engineered to be integrated with Smag’s E-Cut and Digital Galaxie semi-rotary converting systems, the X-350 is a modular laser station that can cut materials up to 350mm wide with an infinite length. It is capable of reaching cutting speeds of up to 100m/min. Further, the X-350 integrates with Xeikon’s Vectorizor.

‘This is the ultimate in flexibility,’ said Mike Bacon, vice president of sales and marketing at Spartanics. ‘It gives customers the ability to add laser capabilities during the initial machine build or to add the laser module at some point in the future.

‘The pace of change in the label market is fast, so customers and end-users are keen to seek new ways to create ever more innovative results that add value.

‘Xeikon Café’s informal knowledge exchange platform is a perfect way for us to help printers improve their understanding, learn about opportunities and find fresh solutions to market challenges.’

Jeroen van Bauwel, director of product marketing at Xeikon, added: ‘Being able to help customers identify and adapt to varying demands across different sectors is fundamental to the relationship we have with them.

‘To do that effectively, we need to ensure we have a network of highly skilled partners that enable us to draw on particular expertise and address specific areas.

‘We are delighted to welcome Spartanics at our Xeikon Café, and be able to access the company’s wealth of expertise. Our mutual goal is to help businesses improve their day-to-day operations while also having an eye on how they can create a successful future.’
