Excelitas brings UV LED and IR range to Loupe

VeriCure water-cooled LED system among highlights for label and packaging converters.

Excelitas has confirmed it will present its full portfolio of UV curing and infrared drying products for label and packaging applications at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, led by the new Phoseon VeriCure water-cooled UV LED curing system designed for wide format high-speed printing.

Also on show will be the Phoseon Nexus II UV LED systems in air- and water-cooled configurations for flexographic printing, featuring real-time remote monitoring for Industry 4.0 environments; the Phoseon FireJet air-cooled system for digital printing applications; and the Phoseon FireLine water-cooled systems for web and conveyor-based curing in lengths up to two meters. For thermal drying, the Noblelight Infradry Compact IR system targets water-based inks and coatings, while Noblelight Amba mercury-arc lamps provide replacement technologies for a wide range of existing UV-curing installations.

'From high-speed UV LED systems for flexo and digital printing to energy-efficient infrared technologies, we're focused on helping converters increase productivity, improve uptime, and scale with confidence,' said Stacy Hoge, marketing manager at Excelitas.
