Harper Corporation showcases XCAT technology at Loupe

Harper Corporation of America will bring its latest technology to Loupe Americas to help converters improve press room performance.

At Loupe Americas 2026, Harper Corporation of America will showcase flexographic solutions designed to help label and packaging converters achieve greater consistency, efficiency, and control in every impression.
A key highlight will be Harper's ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves, including XCAT, engraving technology that blends consistent pocket structures with a 60-degree channel-flow design to support cleaner, more predictable ink transfer.
Harper Corporation of America said: 'We are excited to connect with converters at Loupe Americas 2026 and share solutions that help them improve consistency, protect their anilox investment, and optimize pressroom performance.'
Visitors will also be able to learn more about HarperScientific technology, including the QD Flexo Printer, a valuable tool for testing ink, substrate, plate, and anilox combinations in a controlled setting before going to press.
By helping teams evaluate print variables in advance, the QD system can support better decision-making, reduce waste, improve color confidence, and help save production time and cost.
Harper Technical Solutions specialists will be on-site to meet face-to-face with converters, answer technical questions, and provide practical guidance for improving pressroom performance.
The team will also discuss proper anilox care and recommend cleaning solutions, including Harper's anilox cleaners, designed to help protect roll performance, extend roll life, and keep pressrooms running at peak efficiency. Attendees are invited to connect with Harper's experts and discover solutions built around quality, service, and measurable results.
