ProScan Media Products prepares for Loupe

The company will present linerless labels and new digital VDP capabilities at its booth 6601.

Canadian label manufacturer ProScan Media Products has confirmed it will showcase linerless labels and digital variable data printing (VDP) capability at Loupe Americas 2026.

The company's new linerless label manufacturing capabilities feature the Omega 540 converting line at its Orlando facility. This purpose-built system integrates flexographic printing, UV silicone coating, hot-melt adhesive application, precision die-cutting and high-efficiency rewinding on a single platform. By eliminating release liners, these labels reduce material waste and enhance operational efficiency. Advanced automated web guiding, tension control and servo motion systems ensure consistent quality across diverse applications.

Its advanced variable data printing capabilities are powered by the Domino K600i digital UV inkjet system. Delivering 600 DPI printing, this technology produces sequential numbering, alphanumeric data, linear barcodes, 2D codes, QR codes and variable images without traditional static plates. The company noted that the system enables highly accurate, personalized and trackable labels for inventory control, logistics, track and trace, food safety and brand protection applications.

Visitors can experience ProScan's new capabilities at its booth 6601.
