CS Graphics launches following Aldus management buyout

New specialist distributor targets ANZ label and packaging market.

Aldus Graphics and CS Graphics have completed a management buyout, with CS Graphics taking ownership of core distributor operations from Aldus Graphics. The new company promises continuity and enhanced service for the Australian and New Zealand label and packaging industries.

Industry veterans Chris Bodger and Sheetal Mishra will lead CS Graphics as co-directors, bringing decades of combined experience in narrow web printing and converting. The newly formed company will focus on delivering enhanced service to printing businesses throughout the region while maintaining all existing customer relationships, contracts and services.

'At Aldus, we are incredibly proud of what this business has achieved and the strong foundation it has built,' explained Frank Floriano, CEO of Aldus Group. 'We are confident that CS Graphics will continue to deliver the same high levels of service, quality and innovation that customers have come to expect.'

Chris Bodger, co-director of CS Graphics, emphasized the company's customer-focused approach. 'This management buyout allows us to focus entirely on what we do best - supporting our customers with the products, expertise and service they need to succeed,' he noted. 'CS is driven by customer service, customer satisfaction and customer success.'

Sheetal Mishra, also co-director, highlighted the transition's significance beyond a simple name change. 'It's our commitment to building a company that truly understands and serves the unique needs of our valued customers,' Mishra stated.

CS Graphics will serve as a specialist distributor for the printing industry across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with leading global manufacturers including Mark Andy, Rotoflex, GEW, Maxcess, Rhyguan, DYM, Harper, Polywest, JM Heaford, Graymills and Enercon. The company will provide equipment, consumables and technical expertise for the label and packaging industries.

Both companies have aligned to ensure a seamless transition, with customers expected to experience minimal to no disruption during the changeover process.
