Gallus optimizes Labelmaster

Gallus has optimized its Labelmaster press with extensive new features and new operating concept to ensure greater user convenience and less waste in the daily production

Gallus has optimized its Labelmaster press with extensive new features and new operating concept to ensure greater user convenience and less waste in the daily production.

The Labelmaster now has a shorter machine length, as the corona, web cleaning, transport, and web tension are integrated into the new winding units. Compared to the previous version, the compact design enables reduced waste thanks to a machine length of up to 3.3 meters shorter, offering an improved ecological footprint.

The winder units can now be operated locally directly on the winder. Still, all parameters can be viewed and adjusted centrally via the touch panel in line with the ease of use and operator friendliness concept.

The loading process of the substrate has been redesigned with a new trolley system, i.e. a mobile lift outside the printing press. The substrate can be quickly loaded and unloaded without touching the ground. An integrated lift is no longer necessary, and the operator can use the trolley flexibly as required.

The revised machine also introduces optimized features such as improved accessibility to the corona pre-treatment and web transport modules with a quick-change system for quick and easy cleaning.
