New UV curable coatings from Minus Nine Technologies

Minus Nine Technologies has launched a UV curable Bis A-free coating. According to the company, the coating has been formulated to achieve high end use properties such as good scuff resistance, cure speed and chemical resistance, while remaining competitively priced with standard bisphenol A UV curable coatings. Benzophenone-free versions are also available. 

The company has also launched silver dispersions and UV curable, high luster reflective silver coatings. The products have been developed for both web and sheet applications and can be printed by a variety of processes including offset, screen and flexo. Custom formulations are available.
