Valloy has launched an affordable and compact tabletop digital die cutter, DuoBlade Petit, a smaller version of its top-selling product, DuoBlade SX.

DuoBlade Petit maintains the key features of DuoBlade SX such as laminating, multi-head die-cutting, slitting and matrix removal to operate with narrow roll label printers on the table for small and short run business.

The new machine is suitable for in-house label production in small batches and is compatible with popular printers such as OKI Pro, Any-002, Epson, Uninet, Memejet, and Primera among others. DuoBlade Petit is based on roll-to-roll digital blade cutting technology with the average speed of 8 m/min (3.2 ft/min). It is equipped with two cutting heads with automatic adjustment of cutting head spacing.

Thanks to a buffering zone, continuous rotation of rewinder without step, DouBlade Petit enables more stable matrix removal and slitting process at a constant speed and is able to produce labels of any size and shape of labels up to the maximum label size of 230 x 300mm (9 x 13in).
