New customer service manager at Rotoflex

Rotoflex International has appointed James Castro to the position of customer service manager.
Castro’s business background includes more than 20 years service and management experience in the POS industry. With a complimentary technical background in electronic engineering, technical service and operations, Castro brings a high level of service support capability to Rotoflex customers, distributors and partners around the world.
