UPM Raflatac EVP moves to Ramirent

UPM Raflatac executive vice president Tapio Kolunsarka is to leave the company to join Ramirent, an equipment rental group.

Kolunsarka, also a member of the UPM Group executive team, has worked with the company for more than a decade, both at UPM Raflatac and UPM Kymmene. He will leave UPM, at the latest, by the end of August this year.

Jussi Pesonen, UPM president and CEO, said Kolunsarka has played a ‘crucial role’ in UPM Raflatac's improved performance during almost three years as executive vice president.

‘Under his leadership UPM Raflatac has taken clear steps to become the leading player in self-adhesives labels industry. We all wish him every success in his future duties.’
