ePS completes security examination

eProductivity Software (ePS) has completed its SOC 2 Type 2 examination, providing independent, third-party validation that the company's security controls are not just well designed, but operating as intended.
 
The examination was conducted by an independent licensed CPA firm and covered the audit period from November 6, 2025 through May 25, 2026. Where a Type 1 examination confirms that controls are appropriately designed at a single point in time, Type 2 goes further. It tests whether those controls perform consistently, over an extended period.
 
Security has become a deciding factor for packaging manufacturers choosing a technology partner. As more manufacturers move critical operations onto connected systems and cloud-based platforms, they need proof, not just promises, that their data is protected. This examination provides that proof.

The milestone builds on ePS' successful completion of its SOC 2 Type 1 examination in November 2025. The examination assessed ePS against the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) Trust Services Criteria for Security.
 
For customers, this means greater confidence in the operational maturity behind ePS' cloud technologies. Independently validated controls include role-based access controls aligned with business responsibilities and regularly reviewed; multi-factor authentication protecting critical systems; secure software development and controlled change management, including defined reviews, approvals, testing, and controlled deployments; continuous logging, monitoring and alerting; and incident response, backup and recovery processes built for operational resilience.

The examination doesn't change how ePS products work day to day. What it changes is the evidence behind them. Customers now have independent assurance to bring to their own governance and risk reviews.

Brown added that as ePS continues to expand its unified packaging manufacturing platform, CommandCore, security remains a foundational priority, integrated from the ground up rather than added on as the company scales.
