LemuGroup has developed a comprehensive system, LemuGroup Connect, based on three levels of connectivity and provides total control over the production process.

The first level of connectivity is designed to enable the operator to diagnose and troubleshoot problems directly on the machine. Integrated into LemuGroup screens, the troubleshooting feature intuitively identifies errors, locates their source and provides practical troubleshooting guides. This system facilitates rapid response without relying on external assistance.

If the operator lacks the necessary training to solve the problem, LemuGroup's after-sales department steps in. Its specialized technical team can handle requests and resolve incidents through a remote assistance system. With webcams installed at key points on LemuGroup's machines, the tech team can analyze their operation in real time and understand the customer's environment. 

With the first two levels of connectivity, 96 percent of problems are solved efficiently. However, to analyze, plan, and execute in real-time and maintain control of the processes, LemuGroup offers the third level of connectivity, based on a web app called LemuGroup Connect.

LemuGroup Connect is a web app that allows you to visualize machine data in real-time. This website offers a proactive vision, providing production managers with the necessary tools to create their own dashboards. In this way, they can predict possible reductions in efficiency, understand their causes and make decisions in advance, allowing them to plan production more accurately.
