Xeikon signs agreement with Tronics

Xeikon has signed a marketing and referral agreement with Tronics, a manufacturer and distributor of machines that apply professional labeling, decorating, coding and identification marking to almost any container.

Until recently, heat transfer labels were only produced by means of flexo or gravure. Today, with the need for faster turnaround and shorter run length, there has been a demand for digital printing. Labelexpo Americas attendees witnessed Xeikon demonstrating heat transfer label applications at the Package Printing Zone.

By adding Tronics to the Xeikon Aura Partner Network, Xeikon is expanding its Heat Transfer Label Suite. Tronics joins Moss as an Aura partner within the Heat Transfer Label Suite.

‘Plastic containers such as tubes, cartridges and buckets can be decorated by heat transfer labels as an alternative to direct print and IML (in-mold). In North America, heat transfer labels is a dominate decoration process.
