FIG celebrates 25 years at LMAI Conference 2025

Flexo Image Graphics marks silver jubilee milestone alongside industry association anniversary in Udaipur.

Flexo Image Graphics (FIG) has celebrated its 25-year journey in the printing and packaging industry at the LMAI Conference 2025. The New Delhi-based distributor participated in the event, coinciding with the Label Manufacturers Association of India's 25th anniversary celebration.

The company serves as a distributor and service provider for flexographic presses and associated equipment from leading global brands, including Mark Andy, Rhyguan, Luster, Rotoflex, Presstek, Maxcess, KDS, Eson Flexible Dies, DYM Machinery and Xsys across the Indian subcontinent.

'It's a great honour to be here at LMAI Conference 2025, where Label Manufacturers Association of India celebrates its 25th Anniversary, at the same time, we also mark our Silver Jubilee this year,' said Gourav Roy, managing director of Flexo Image Graphics during his keynote speech.

Roy founded FIG in 2000 as the sole representative of Mark Andy in India after working for seven years at EAC Graphics and Heidelberg. The company has since installed 300 Mark Andy presses across the Indian subcontinent, with early customers including Sivakasi's Graphic Reproduction Syndicate, which purchased the first Performance Series machine from FIG.

The company has expanded its portfolio beyond Mark Andy to include other equipment manufacturers. Wonder Pac India in Sonipat became the first adopter of Rhyguan machinery, and FIG recently marked its 100th Rhyguan machine installation in India.

'I still remember the time period, when I was pretty young, started selling Mark Andy 830 to some prominent companies who remain our loyal and longstanding customers till today,' said Roy.

Florian Stroe, sales manager at Mark Andy, attended the LMAI Conference for the first time and highlighted the company's 75-year history, presence in 93 countries, 10,000 machine installations and 5,700 customers worldwide.

'After all, congratulations to FIG for its achievements and thank you for being our partner,' said Stroe.

Luster, another FIG principal, showcased its AI-enabled inspection systems designed for flexographic and digital presses during the conference. The company has expanded its services to include spare parts supply and training programs, with response times of 24 hours in India and 48 hours for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

The LMAI Conference 2025 operated under the theme 'Emerging Beyond Boundaries' and brought together industry leaders to showcase trending innovations and technologies.
