Hub Labels wins twice

Linerless Perdue label and Bird Friendly coffee label take top honors.

Hagerstown, Maryland-based Hub Labels has won two Best in Class awards at the 2025 TLMI Printing Excellence Awards, presented at the TLMI Annual Meeting in October 2025, for a coffee label printed on its HP Indigo digital press and a linerless chicken label printed on its MPS EF430 flexo press.

The food category award went to a label for Chesapeake Coffee Roasters' Bird Friendly Mexico blend, printed digitally. Hub Labels says the label captures the vibrant details and rich tones of the blend and shows how digital printing can bring specialty food packaging to life with precision and consistency.

The second award, in the Innovation, Single Application, Linerless & Sustainability category, went to a linerless label for Perdue Harvestland Fresh Cuts Diced Chicken, produced on the MPS EF430. Hub Labels says linerless technology reduces liner waste and supports sustainable packaging while keeping print quality and performance.

'Great to see our journey to be excellent printers paying off with recognition from our peers,' said Thomas Dahbura, president of Hub Labels. 'This is a testament to the hard work Hub does behind the scenes to make the process of slinging ink on paper magnificent.'

Hub Labels says it has won awards at the TLMI event year after year.
