Weigang to distribute Xeikon Ecolyne in China

Weigang Technology has become the distributor of Xeikon’s Ecolyne dry-toner digital printing platform across Greater China.

Under the distribution agreement, Weigang will sell, service and support the Ecolyne platform throughout the region. The companies have also signed a manufacturing and sourcing agreement covering Ecolyne production, as well as a broader framework for future manufacturing cooperation.

Ecolyne is designed for industrial digital label production, combining dry-toner print quality and substrate flexibility with the throughput required for commercial label applications. The partnership brings together Xeikon’s digital printing technology and Weigang’s local engineering, manufacturing and service capabilities.

‘Ecolyne is at the center of this cooperation,’ said Walter Benz, president of Flint Group Digital Xeikon. ‘By combining our technology with Weigang’s regional strength, we are making Ecolyne more accessible and more responsive to customers across the region.’

Ryan Zhou, general manager of Weigang Technology, described the agreement as a natural fit with the company’s existing label printing portfolio.

‘Combined with our engineering, manufacturing and service footprint, we can bring Ecolyne customers closer to the technology, with responsive local support,’ Zhou said.

Ecolyne will be presented at Weigang’s booth E6A131 during All in Print China, taking place from October 12-16, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
