Domino launches compact N410 LED label press

The cost-effective digital inkjet press targets the entry-level market.

Domino Printing Sciences has announced the addition of the N410 digital LED inkjet label press to its N-Series range. The new product will be displayed at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona.

According to the company, the compact N410 delivers outstanding value to label producers seeking to unlock new digital market opportunities, enabling more converters to benefit from digital printing. The press incorporates control cabinets within its small footprint and can be operational within days, producing labels at print speeds of up to 50 meters per minute.

The system offers consistent five-color CMYK+W print with 600 DPI resolution for high-quality labels across a wide range of applications. Future-proof, energy-efficient UV LED curing technology ensures low power consumption.

'Although digital printing has become a fixture in the label sector, the high initial investment can be a barrier to adoption,' explained Michael Matthews, product manager, DP color at Domino. 'The launch of the N410 means Domino can offer the best of both worlds: a low-cost LED label press backed by the expertise of a trusted supplier with a world-class service and support network.'

The N410 is powered by the latest version of Domino's AI-enabled Sunrise Digital Front End workflow, which also makes its debut at Labelexpo Europe. The press features Sunrise's core modules, giving converters enhanced control over their printing process with benefits including fast ripping, maximizing uptime and easy, accurate print cost estimates using the Job Cost Calculator.

Sunrise offers convenient, centralized control of print settings for different substrates via Domino Media Manager. Daily demonstrations of the N410 LED label press will take place at booth 3E91 during the exhibition.
