MGX named Color-Logic partner

Masterpiece Graphix, a custom coater of films, foils, papers and plastics for digital printers in the narrow web and cut sheet market, has been named a technology partner by Color-Logic. 

Color-Logic’s director of sales and marketing, Mark Geeves, said: ‘Masterpiece Graphix and Color-Logic have worked together to ensure that 40-pound Masterpiece Graphix Brilliant Metallized Paper (Product R1361) can be successfully run on Xeikon presses. As a result, Masterpiece Graphix becomes the first Color-Logic technology partner to qualify a substrate for use on Xeikon equipment. Our collaboration ensures that Masterpiece Graphix is familiar with the Color-Logic Process Metallic Color System, and stands ready to assist Xeikon users who wish to print on metallized paper to achieve the dramatic Color-Logic effects.’ 

Masterpiece Graphix has successfully coated more than 800 unique digital substrates for Xeikon, Jetrion, Xerox iGen and HP Indigo digital presses.
