Italian printer invests in third Lemorau machine

Italian printer Travagliati has purchased its third finishing machine from Lemorau, with an EBR+ compact digital finishing machine joining an ICR3 and CT 1500.

The latest investment has been made through Lemorau’s Italian distributor Erre Gi Elle

Lemorau EBR+ is a compact digital finishing machine that runs in full and semi rotary modes for high speed long runs or shorter runs. It runs at a maximum rotary speed of 200m/min (656ft/min) for blank labels, and a maximum rotary speed of 120m/min (394ft/min) for die-cutting to register. A maximum semi-rotary speed of 40m/min (131ft/min) is dependent on plate size for die-cutting to register. EBR+ has a 330mm web width. Registration tolerance is maintained during acceleration, deceleration and production time due to the latest servo technology.

Travagliati’s first investment in Lemorau equipment was an ICR3 inspection, slitter rewinder machine, which was followed by an CT 1500 manual core cutter.
