Label Solutions installs Taiyo flexo press

Label Solutions, a Mumbai based label printing company, completed the installation of a 10-color Taiyo STF-340 UV flexo press. Standard Printers Providers, exclusive distributor of Taiyo Kikai label presses in India, organized an Open House at the company to showcase the press to other customers.

Gaurav Sachdev, vice president at Standard Printers Provider, said, ‘Label Solutions invested in this machine primarily to cope up with the rising demand for labels that were, till date, being produced on a used label press.  With this machine the company now aims at almost doubling the output from the current 55,000 meters a month to nearly 100,000 meters a month.’

This press can print self-adhesive labels, supported and unsupported filmic material and board from 20 microns to 350 gsm. It features small web path, moveable turnbar, moveable cold foiling unit, delam, relam, rotary die-cutting unit, amongst others. The machine can also be equipped with optional add-on features such as rotary silk-screen printing, in-mold label system, and sheet-cutting unit.

Standard Printer Provider installed a similar machine at Regal Creative in New Delhi in December 2017.
