Anderson & Vreeland and Screen USA form alliance for Truepress Jet L350UV distribution

Anderson & Vreeland and Screen USA have entered into a joint venture distribution agreement combining the expertise and resources of both companies to distribute the Screen Truepress Jet L350UV inkjet press.

Agreement is the latest deal expanding the distribution network of the Truepress Jet L350UV

The agreement is an expansion of an existing agreement between the companies for distribution of Screen FX CTP devices for labels, flexible packages, folding cartons and corrugated substrates. It is also the latest deal expanding the global distribution network of the Truepress Jet L350UV.

‘The Truepress Jet L350UV press lets Anderson & Vreeland provide converters with a high speed UV inkjet press that is built with their needs in mind,’ commented Jeff Skolnik, digital sales manager for Anderson & Vreeland in the US and Canada.

‘We are very impressed with the Screen UV inks, particularly how the Truepress Jet L350UV manages “single pass” white and spot colors. Having the option to corona treat stocks expands the variety of papers and films is a huge plus.’

‘Many flexo printers are running unprofitable or low profit work on their flexo presses that would be much more efficient if run on a digital press,’ said Scott Bucholtz, Packaging and Digital Solutions manager at Screen USA. ‘Having a high performance digital press lets converters move short- and medium-run work off their flexo presses and use the flexo machines for longer run jobs.’
