Constantia Flexibles wins three awards from Accolade Wines

The strong and collaborative partnership between Constantia Flexibles and Accolade Wines is the backbone of these successes, the wine maker said.

‘They have also transformed how they innovate with us, they have been at the forefront of bringing us new ideas and technologies and embraced the ‘challenges’ that we have continued to throw them,’ said Donna Ross, Accolade’s operations planning manager, when naming Constantia Flexibles as their Supplier of the Year.

In addition to strong leadership, Constantia Flexibles was recognized for excellent customer service, exemplary supply chain management, and a leading approach to quality management.

‘Constantia Flexibles has consistently achieved the highest on time, in full delivery performance,’ Ross said. ‘They continue to outperform all other suppliers with regard to the number of NCR’s per million units sold to us – a staggeringly low 0.000003 percent. Not only are they quick, they also have had no instances of repeat root causes, suggesting the quality of their NCR close out is 100 percent effective.’

Accolade Wines considers Constantia Flexibles to be critical to the success of their business and the partnership between the two companies has set the standard for excellence.
