Installed at Rachna Print and Pack in Surat in May 2016, WJPS 350 is a 4-color press with flexo varnish unit and one rotary die-cutting unit.

Rachna Print and Pack is a one of the prominent sari label printers in Surat. Spread across 10,000 sq ft, the facility houses five flat-bed machines, four off-line screen printing units and eight punching machines. This is the printer’s first investment in an offset printing machine for labels.

Bipin Patel, owner of Rachna Print and Pack said: ‘We visited the Wan Jie factory twice and took trials. We are satisfied with the performance of the press. Good quality labels printed at low output cost made me choose this press.’

Morsef Machines hosted an open house at the Rachna Print and Pack production facility on June 4 which was attended by 15 companies. Live demonstration of the press were shown to attendees.

Humayun Ahmed, partner at Morsef Machines said: ‘We received a positive response for the machine at the open house. Some printers have shown interest in buying the PS 350, 450 and 560 versions. We are also distributing samples printed on the machine to interested customers.’

‘We are also evaluating the possibility of demonstrating this machine at Labelexpo India 2016 for better reach to target customers,’ concluded Ahmed.
