Stic-on Papers increases production capacity

Stic-on Papers, based in Hyderabad, India, has invested in hot melt and water-based coating machines along with one slitting machine. All three pieces of equipment are expected to be installed by September 2015.

Stic-on Papers is also expanding its existing factory by 25,000 sq ft to accommodate new orders. Its total production area will be increased to 70,000 sq ft.
 
Karan Reddy, director at Stic-on Papers, said: ‘The new addition will not only help us produce an even better quality of label stock for converters, but also increase our production capacity by three million square meters every month.’
 
Exports form 30 percent of the company’s total turnover as it ships its products to countries in the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. 
 
Established in 1999, Stic-on Papers is a manufacturer of self adhesive label stock, specialty tapes and release liners, and also supplies thermal transfer ribbons manufactured by Ricoh Thermal Media, Dynic Corporation, Dai Nippon Printing companies. Products manufactured by Stic-on Papers include labelstock in paper and films such as PVC, PP, PE, PET, security films and fabric.
