Ashe launches fully automatic knife positioning system
Ashe Converting Equipment has launched a fully automatic knife positioning system for its Opal series of narrow web slitter rewinder and turret winders.
The positioning system is able to set both male and female knives simultaneously within 90 seconds.
The system is available on all Opal series of machines to complement features such as glueless winding and fully automatic core positioning systems.
