Neenah launches Endura Laser

With claimed exceptional durability, Neenah said it is the first paper-based laser product to receive BS 5609 certification, one of the most stringent industry standards for durable labels. This BS 5609 Section 3 certification covers both Lexmark and OKI laser printers.

Srinivas Nomula, senior director of marketing at Neenah Performance Labels & Specialties, commentd: ‘We are pleased to offer the first paper-based label facestock to obtain the BS 5609 certification for laser printing. It is a certification that includes an actual 90-day seawater immersion test and wet sand abrasion test so our customers are assured of Endura Laser’s substantial qualities.
