Zeller + Gmelin updates focus, launches new products

Zeller + Gmelin has introduced a new corporate strategy alongside new inks at Labelexpo Americas 2018.

The company’s new strategy, Market Focus Plus, sees Zeller + Gmelin place a focus on five market segments, over products and chemistry. These are narrow web, packaging, rigid plastic, metal decoration and commercial.

This is realized in new water-based products from the energy curing specialist, with 41, 42 and 43 Series products. These new water-based product series are being introduced in the Americas. The 41 Series is for films, the 42 Series for thermal applications and 43 Series for labels.

Zeller + Gmelin has also introduced the 32 Series and 37 Series at Labelexpo Americas 2018, said to offer high performance at a lower price point, and the 30 Series, the company’s newest low migration system.

Also introduced is the second generation of the 17 Series for LED flexo applications. 17 Series is also dual-curable, meaning it can be cured using both LED technology and traditional mercury curing systems.
