Monotech Systems gears up for Labelexpo Europe 2025

The company plans to launch an all-new, fully automated system under its Tracesci brand at the show.

Monotech Systems has planned live demonstrations of two key technologies, including the Tracesci Loop at Labelexpo Europe 2025. In addition to the Loop, the company is set to launch a fully automated system under its Tracesci brand at the show.

The company reported that the new machine is designed specifically for converters seeking to elevate their production capabilities with integrated connected packaging, high-speed printing, real-time data capture, as well as advanced verification and security printing. The new system streamlines complex processes into an easy, automated workflow—delivering unmatched efficiency and intelligence.

Full details will be exclusively revealed live at the show.

Apart from the product launch, Monotech will be showcasing advanced technology from its Tracesci division at Hall 5, Booth E50, which focuses on connected packaging, brand protection, track and trace and consumer engagement.

One of the highlights at the booth will be the Tracesci Loop, a compact tabletop machine purpose-built for variable data printing and code verification on small rolls. Engineered for speed, accuracy and quality, the system features a print system that is available in 0.5in and one inch, intelligent camera-based OCR and code verification, automatic rejection with alarm integration. The machine has a print speed of up to 40 m/min.

Loop is designed to bring industrial-grade traceability and authentication to short- and mid-run label applications, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG, and nutraceuticals — all while maintaining a small footprint and a user-friendly interface.

Monotech will also present printed samples from its flagship digital inkjet label press, Jetsci KolorSmart+ and the Dspark digital finishing system. These samples will highlight the power of digital printing in delivering short-run, high-quality, and customizable labels for various industries.

Kunal Kothari, general manager of Tracesci, said: 'Labelexpo Europe continues to be the most strategic platform for us to engage with our global partners. This year, we’re not just showcasing technology – we’re showcasing what’s next in digital print innovation.'

He added: 'With the upcoming launch and groundbreaking innovations on display, Tracesci is redefining how labels interact with both the supply chain and the end user. From secure authentication to intelligent tracking, our machines are setting new standards in smart, connected packaging. We invite everyone to visit us and explore how Tracesci is shaping the future of secure, smart packaging.'
