Sean Whelan joins Cerm

Belgian MIS specialist for label and folding carton markets Cerm has appointed Sean Whelan as director of customer service, as it continues to invest in customer satisfaction.

Sean Whelan has worked with MIS customers worldwide, most recently leading Heidelberg’s MIS efforts as a partner of Cerm. Whelan was also associated with efi, where he held senior positions in operations, quality assurance, and customer support.

‘I have worked closely with Cerm these past five years, and I have always been impressed by the team,’ commented Whelan. ‘I hope to focus on the customer experience and help Cerm and our customers to grow as we move forward.’
