All Packaging continues growth with 41in KBA Rapida
Colorado-based All Packaging Company has reported continued growth since installing a 7-color, 41in KBA Rapida 106 press through the German group’s North American company.

Since its installation, All Packaging Company said the press has posted millions of impressions.
A key feature of All Packaging Company’s press is the KBA QualiTronic color control system, which measures densities in-line on each sheet at maximum production speed, and eliminates time-consuming manual comparisons and reduces start-up waste. QualiTronic is a camera-based inline sheet-inspection system that scans each sheet and compares it with a reference sheet.
Kenneth Pepper, president of All Packaging Company, said: ‘All Packaging Company has been fortunate enough to have doubled our sales in the last five years. We are currently supplying packages to the medical device and pharmaceutical, health and beauty, food and beverage, technology and business, pet supplies, and entertainment and recreation markets, and shipping to both eastern and western Canada, Mexico, and much of the US.
‘And by investing in the latest equipment technologies, such as our KBA Rapida 106 press, we still have the same number of employees as we had five years ago. We go out of our way to understand our customers’ business challenges so that we can deliver the products and services that they need to succeed in their markets. Our customers’ success is the reason that All Packaging Company has grown and it is the benchmark by which we evaluate our employees and our overall company performance.’
