Based in Bourgas, Bulgaria, and established in 1994, Dars Printing House focuses its production on the wine and beverage sector. The company became the first converter in the country to integrate the hot stamping method on its production lines in 1996. In December 2020 increased its production capacity by acquiring a Lemorau CTA1500 automatic core cutter.

Lemorau CTA1500 is a compact and versatile machine delivering fast and accurate burr-free cuts. It is fully automated and can produce several cuts from a single parent core up to four different measures and is designed to work with four standard diameters: 25, 40, 50, 76 mm (1, 1.57, 2, 3in).

In its standard version, the machine features core positioning by servo motors, nylon anvils prolonging the longevity, and a multilanguage touch screen. The optional features include QRC (quick remote connection), an adapter for larger core diameters up to 152mm (6in), and a thickness pack to enable cutting dense cores up to 15mm.
