At Booth 5710 at Loupe Americas 2026, Cartes will showcase three fully operational production lines, providing visitors with live demonstrations of its technologies for premium label printing, embellishment and converting.
The company's participation underlines its ongoing commitment to developing modular technology that combines productivity, print quality and creative freedom.
Among its technology on display at Loupe, Cartes will show a laser die-cutting line. Cartes has been in laser die-cutting technology since 1999, continuously advancing the technology to deliver precision, tool-free operation and fast job changeovers. Cartes also offers the patented ILC – Invisible Laser Cutting system, enabling dark-background labels to be die-cut without the traditional white edge, resulting in a premium finish.
Also running live will be the GT365WHFSR, configured with one flexo unit, hot foil stamping, a second flexo unit, conventional screen printing and semi-rotary die-cutting. This versatile configuration combines multiple printing and finishing processes within a single production line, allowing premium labels to be produced in one pass.
Cartes will showcase its Gemini GE363WJ2R, equipped with one flexo unit, a Jet D-Screen digital embellishment unit featuring dual print bars, and semi-rotary die-cutting.
Thanks to its two independent print bars, the system can apply two different digital varnishes within the same production pass, simultaneously creating spot varnishing and digital metallic doming effects without interrupting production while maintaining perfect registration throughout the process.
This new capability expands creative possibilities for designers, label converters and printers. It enables multiple tactile and visual embellishment effects to be combined within a single production cycle while reducing production time, operating costs and material waste.
Throughout Loupe Americas, visitors will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations, meet the Cartes technical and sales team, and learn how the integration of conventional and digital technologies can increase label value while simplifying the entire production workflow.
