Kodak’s Prinergy EVO workflow software wins BAPC Product of the Year Award

Kodak’s Prinergy EVO workflow software has won the BAPC Product of the Year Award. Presented at the annual BAPC conference in Marlow, UK, on November 7 2009, the award was presented to Pat Holloway of Kodak by Mike Moradian of the British Association for Print and Communication.

‘Winning this award is extra special,’ said Pat Holloway, Kodak UK marketing manager, pictured receiving the award. ‘When the votes come from the customers and the end users, it means a lot especially as there was some serious competition from the other contenders. It is nice to be recognized by the industry and it proves to us that Kodak is delivering the right products at the right time in a challenging marketplace.’

Sidney Bobb, chairman of the BAPC, said: ‘I am delighted that Kodak has won this award. Pat and the Kodak team continue to give the BAPC great support and we see this relationship as a key partnership. The BAPC is a body that has grown to support and represent everyone in the business – small local firms or multi-national corporations alike. It is especially important that we work together with companies like Kodak to extend our reach and pioneer new ways of promoting the latest technologies.’

Kodak’s Prinergy EVO is a PDF workflow system for controlling pre-press, plate and film production and digital print output. It features customizable configurations to support commercial, publishing, newspaper and packaging applications.
