Digital Sign unveils new innovations at Loupe Americas

This year’s exhibit will feature Print Head Doctor (PHD), AI-enabled models PHD17 and PHD18, its flagship systems for maintaining and recovering printheads.  

Print Head Tester (PHT), a newly launched device that assesses printhead performance after cleaning, storage, or as new. It instantly evaluates nozzle health to ensure consistent print quality.

New Modular Multi-Head Print Head Tester (PHT-M) will be launched at Loupe Americas 2026. The company’s new Modular Multi-Head Print Head Tester (PHT-M) allows users to test multiple printheads using the same modular device. It is best suited for companies using more than one printhead type, is easy to use, and allows users to quickly validate different printhead types with one device by changing the printhead modules. 

This end-to-end printhead lifecycle system, Print Head Doctor (PHD), Print Head Tester (PHT), and Ink Tester, forms the industry’s most comprehensive workflow for recovering, validating, and protecting inkjet printheads. 

Print Head Doctor 17 (PHD17) and Print Head Doctor 18 (PHD18) are AI-enabled models and their advanced technology and efficiency maintain and recover print heads. The PHD17 and PHD18 are designed to extend the life to print heads, significantly reducing costs for businesses by avoiding the need for frequent replacements. 

The PHD17 is suitable for regular print head maintenance, unclogging severely blocked heads, and supporting all types of inkjet print heads, including UV, solvent, aqueous and specialty ones.
