APL Machinery sells first Omega Roto UV 1000

Launched in January, the roll-to-roll machine requires one UV lamp to run at a maximum speed of 150m/min. The company has used UV lamp with a width of one meter from Air Motion System. This coater cures substrates ranging from 50 to 300gsm and can be customized according to industry requirement.

APL Machinery has 16 agents across India to sell this machine. The first machine has been sold to a customer in Alwar.

C P Paul, chief managing director at APL Machinery, said: ‘We are focusing on the Indian market and plan to sell 10 machines this year. Our biggest market is Kanpur but we are also targeting other cities including Indore and Hyderabad.’
