Tomypak Flexible Packaging adds flexo with KBA-Flexotecnica Evo XD

Malaysian flexible packaging converter Tomypak Flexible Packaging has invested in a KBA-Flexotecnica Evo XD CI flexo press.

Founded in 1979, Tomypak specializes in the production and converting of flexible packaging for a number of prominent customers. The company solely operated gravure presses until now. Following an extensive selection process, largely managed by Koenig & Bauer’s new sales manager for Southeast Asia, Carina Shia, the company opted for an Evo XD and has subsequently expanded its product portfolio in flexo print.

The press is scheduled to be delivered in the third quarter of 2018.
