The HP Indigo 8000 digital press, offering production at 262 linear feet a minute (80m/min), will double production capacity for Blue Label, serving more than 600 craft breweries worldwide with high-quality, digital labeling services.

‘As the breweries grow, our business continues to expand to fulfill the capacity they require, with runs increasing from some 4,000 to as high as 50,000,’ said Andrew Boyd, Blue Label president. ‘The HP Indigo 8000 will enable us to expand while providing continuity in color and quality.’

First investing in HP Indigo in 2003, Blue Label’s digital house also includes an HP Indigo 5600, WS6600 and WS6800 digital presses.

‘The Indigo digital presses deliver results that other machines simply cannot match including reaching 98 percent of all Pantone colors.’
