WestRock completes acquisition of Multi Packaging Solutions

The transaction, revealed earlier this year, builds on WestRock’s consumer packaging platform, broadening its product capabilities and expanded presence in targeted end markets.

WestRock refinanced MPS debt as part of the transaction.
