Wise acquires Apex Color assets

Wise has acquired the business forms assets of Apex Color effective October 13, 2025, while Lewis Color has purchased the commercial printing assets, splitting the Georgia-based company's operations between two buyers.

The acquisition complements Wise's existing business in forms, labels and digital printing, adding Apex Color's customer base to its portfolio.

Beyond business forms, Apex Color customers will gain access to Wise's expanded portfolio, including prime and industrial labels across both medium-run and short-run applications. The addition enables customers to streamline their print procurement while accessing a broader range of high-quality, durable and compliant labeling offerings.

Lewis Color, based in Statesboro, Georgia, has acquired Apex Color's commercial printing assets in a separate transaction. The Alpharetta, Georgia-based acquirer serves customers across business forms, labels and digital printing markets.
