Aldus Tronics launches linerless labeler

The M360+ machine targets Australia, New Zealand and the US markets.

Aldus Tronics has announced it will launch the Aldus M360+ Linerless Labeller in 2026 after securing intellectual property from JBT Marel to develop and manufacture the packaging machine.

The machine will be available across Australia, New Zealand and the US. Key benefits of the Aldus M360+ include zero backing paper waste, reducing environmental impact; reels up to 40 percent lighter, lowering logistics costs and easing storage; increased labeling efficiency with fewer changeovers; and flexible applications, including wraparound, C-wrap and top labeling.

The machine will be manufactured in Australia, utilizing the skills of Australian engineers and incorporating a proven machine concept sourced from Europe. The machine will be CE-compliant, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards.

This new offering significantly strengthens Aldus Tronics' capabilities and expands its offering to customers, providing a comprehensive option for their fresh produce labeling requirements. The ability to offer a locally manufactured, technologically advanced machine with global export potential underscores Tronics' commitment to innovation and growth.

'For too long, the market has lacked alternatives. With Aldus Tronics' proven track record in reliable labeling technology, we're proud to provide a fresh, sustainable option that meets today's industry needs,' commented Frank Floriano, CEO of Aldus. 'This IP allows us to address a specific market need with a high-quality, efficient and sustainable system. We are excited to bring this Australian-made technology to the world.'
