GM launches new products at Labelexpo Europe 2025

GM has confirmed that it will unveil the LR250+ RFID inspection system at Labelexpo Europe 2025. This advanced system provides 100 percent in-line RFID tag testing, high-speed RAIN/NFC encoding, and automatic marking of any faulty tags.  

Smart automation stops the production line if repeated failures occur, ensuring top-quality results and minimal waste. Fully integrated into GM’s modular rewinder, the LR250+ enables converters to achieve seamless inspection, encoding, and rewinding in one continuous workflow. This powerful new RFID inspection and encoding capability enhances reliability, efficiency, and traceability for smartlabel production.  

GM will also launch new upgraded DC350Flex fast finishing system. The Flex model range is a modular finisher engineered for high-speed digital label production, offering die-cutting up to 120m/min with semi-rotary and single anvil capabilities. Designed for quick changeovers and precision, it seamlessly integrates with digital presses to enable a single, continuous workflow. GM’s DC350Flex empowers converters to deliver fully finished labels, supporting increased sustainability, flexibility, and profitability across various market niches.
