Tec Color Craft currently operates 12 screen printing presses and offers high quality labels, decals, OEM custom sticker packs and wide format products on material, including vinyl, poly, silver and brushed poly and static clings.

After completing a thorough analysis of their options to increase turnaround times, while still maintaining their exacting cutting standards for their labels Tec Color Craft chose the Insignia Die-Cutter from Rollem to add to its finishing capabilities.

‘We are really pleased with the high tolerances and accuracy of the kiss-cutting on our decal liners. Additionally, the Insignia’s sheet size of 30x24in allows us to maximize our press sheet impositions’, said Blake Frenkiel, marketing manager at Tec Color Craft.

Insignia is offered in two-cylinder configuration to suit individual converting needs. Tec Color Craft has invested in a single magnetic Insignia consisting of an upper single cylinder cutting against a solid anvil lower cylinder. A single die is attached to the upper cylinder, ensuring fast job changeovers and the ability to make critical depth of cut adjustments.
