Miyakoshi to present offset technology at Labelexpo

Miyakoshi, a Japanese company that supplies offset printing presses for the label industry, will present its LPS13A at Booth 5A68, this time with more advanced AI in its Yaless Professional and Yaless Eye systems.

Miyakoshi’s LPS semi-rotary UV offset was launched during a previous Labelexpo show, along with the Yaless AI operator assistance system. Both technologies have made headway in Europe, supported by the Miyakoshi Europe team in Madrid, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

While the printing industry is rapidly adopting automation in digital printing technologies, offset technology tends to be viewed as lagging in this, mainly due to the conventional bias of having to rely on years of experience and skills. However, Miyakoshi does offer automation with its Yaless Professional technology, while its operator interface, Yaless Eye, provides an interactive communication environment between the operator and the machine via AI.
